JEE (Main) April 2021 Exam postponed as COVID-19 Cases Increase
JEE (Main) 2021 – April Session Exam has postponed by the NTA (National Testing Agency) Because Covid-19 cases are going on increase considerably. Because of which postponing the exam is being read. JEE Main Exam was Scheduled to be on 27, 28 and 29 of April 2021.
NTA (National Testing Agency) has already conducted the JEE (Main) February 2021 First Session Examination form 23 to 26 Feb 2021 and JEE (Main) March 2021 Second Session Examination from 16 to 18 Mar 2021 and these are session have already completed.
Today, our Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Ji posted on Twitter that, “Given the current COVID-19 situation, I have advised NTA to postpone the JEE (Main) – 2021 April session. I would like to reiterate that the safety of our students and their academic career are Education Ministry’s and my prime concerns right now.”
The NTA in a release said, “Looking into the present situation of the Covid-19 pandemic and also taking into account the safety and well-being of the candidates and examination functionaries, it has been decided to postpone the JEE (Main) – 2021 April session,” the agency said in a statement.”
And it has been said that 15 days before the examination, all will be told on the NTA Official Website (www.nta.ac.in) and (https://jeemain.nta.nic.in/)
