Shiv Nadar University (SNU), Delhi NCR was established in 2011 in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh by the Shiv Nadar Foundation under the provisions of the Uttar Pradesh Act, 2011. It is the youngest institution ranking among the Top 100 ‘Overall’ list in NIRF Rankings consecutively for 3 years.

SNU Dadri is recognized by University Grants Commission (UGC) and All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). It is ranked #56 among Indian universities and #82nd overall by NIRF in 2020.

For the School of Engineering, the eligibility criteria are as following:-

• Candidates must qualify for the 12^th level examination from any recognized board or university to be eligible for the examination.
• The candidates scoring equal to or more than 80 percentile in JEE (Mains) 2020 & 2021 are eligible for a direct offer of admissions.
•  However, the candidate has less than 80 percentile in JEE Mains 2020 & 2021, they are advised to apply through the SNUSAT & APT Tests

Admission Procedure:

Apply Through SAT (College Board) Scores–

The prospective candidates can apply through SAT scores in addition to other modes of admissions (but only once). The shortlisted candidates will be informed regarding a personal interview with the respective department to be eligible for final selection.

Apply Through ACT scores–

The prospective candidates can apply through ACT scores in addition to other modes of admissions (but only once). The shortlisted candidates will be informed regarding a personal interview with the respective department to be eligible for final selection.

Apply Through SNUSAT and APT–

Candidates can apply through SNUSAT and APT test. The shortlisted candidates (after SNUSAT and APT) will be informed regarding their personal interviews with the respective departments to be eligible for final selection. (In the case of the School of Engineering, the candidates are not required to appear for an interview.)

Apply Through JEE Mains Scores:

Candidates applying through JEE Mains 2020 & 2021 score of 80 percentile or above are eligible for a direct offer of admission on the basis of:
