• Admissions are done on the basis of rank in JEE Main through JoSAA Counselling and CSAB Special round.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates must have passed 10+2 or its equivalent qualifying examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology and Technical vocational subject, any one of these as an optional subject with minimum 75% marks (65% for SC/ST candidates).

Infrastructure & Campus:

Infrastructure is quite nice of this college. Wi-Fi is available all over the campus. All kinds of labs are provided, and classrooms are air-conditioned and also in very good condition. The hostel has a canteen and good enough medical facilities and students have single rooms with personal washrooms. The infrastructure of the hostel is of high quality and has great value. Quality of mess food is good and medical facilities are also good. All kinds of games and sports are also available, but there is a shortage of ground.

Faculty:

Faculty members are here are very helpful. All are well qualified and always ready to help. They also guide us in gaining industry experience. Hostel: IIIT Guwahati provides separate hostels for boys and girls. There are boy’s hostels that can accommodate 680 students and girl’s hostels that can accommodate 170 students. Each room has beds, wardrobes, tables, chairs, fans, lights, and 24 hrs Wi-Fi.

Mess Facility: The mess is available at the ground floor of the hostel and provides breakfast, lunch and dinner. Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian foods are cooked in the mess.

They can access the online resources in their electronic devices since the library is WI-FI enabled. The library is spacious and well equipped with all the necessary contents.
